Successful mentor coaching often involves creating a new life perspective: integrating new insights within your evolving inner self, giving up your old self-story and moving in the direction of committed new goals. Dan's positive coaching philosophy I help people create strategies for mastering change and achieving new dimensions of purpose, passion and profit in their lives. The mentor coaching I offer is a dynamic system in which we address together old ways of thinking and the creation of a tailored training program that is attitude focused, interactive, rewarding and positive change centered. The point is to integrate change in a lasting and meaningful way. I'm dedicated to positive life coaching and helping people move through the process of change. I offer guidance in the art and science process of helping you create a new life for yourself. I'm an Internationally certified professional life coach. I've cultivated my life, lifestyle and sports coaching skills in multiple contexts and see how positive coaching (whether online, over the phone, or one-on-one) helps people from all walks of life grow and change their lives for the better. The often extreme winter environment of the U.S. and European Mountains is the “classroom” in which I've honed my skills. In this learning environment there is no substitution for enthusiasm and passion. Those that want it-will (and do) put up with almost anything to get it. The risks are worth it. My professional career also includes 15 years with Atomic Ski USA where I managed Western Operations, was National Service manager, and served as a Sales Rep for the company. I've also been a ski coach for over three decades. After graduating with honors from Southern New Hampshire University with a Business degree, I launched an accounting firm with a colleague managing sales operations for the company, and subsequently moved on to create my coaching consultancy. I'm CPLC certified by the International Coach Training Alliance. |
